Headhunting Consultant / Assistant / Intern
Job Description:
1.Join our industry team, responsible for the field of Target Corp docking and talents communication;
2.Collect and sort out the relevant talents’ information / sort / organize / make a preliminary screening of the resume;
3.Through a variety of channels to find candidates for preliminary interviews and assessment;
4.Provide talent assessment and recommendation report;
5.Communication and coordination between candidates and the company's interview arrangement, follow up the progress and timely feedback;
6.Candidate salary negotiation;
7.Candidate background survey;
8.Candidate Offer follow up;
9.Candidate entry communication.

Basic Requirements:
10.Bachelor degree or above, sales, consulting or HR and other business experience;
11.Communication initiative, cheerful optimism, like to communicate with others;
12.Clear objectives, results-oriented, practical work hard;
13.Interested in hunting industry, willing to long-term development in the field of human resources, the pursuit of professional sense of accomplishment;
